Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do you provide?

Tanatalash accepts EFTPOS, Afterpay and Cash as payment. If paying with cash please try and have the correct amount. Sorry we do not accept bank transfer.

Are the Tantalash staff insured and professionally trained?

Yes, Tantalash’s owner-operator Jayde has been in the beauty industry for 12+ years. Over this time Jayde has continually invested in herself and her trade to bring you the most up to date methods and services. Jayde has also trained with some of the best beauty educators in Australia and the world. Tantalash is also fully registered and insured to Australian standards.

Is Tantalash a child Friendly Studio?

Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons, Tantalash does not allow children to accompany adults to appointments. Our Beauty Studio contains items and products that could potentially be hazardous to unsupervised children. If for whatever reason you have your children with you, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

Does Tantalash have a cancellation policy?

Cancelations need 24hour notice. If you need to cancel in the 24hrs leading into your appointment please contact us via our social media pages or by texting 0417976064 to notify our team. In some cases, you may be required to pay a nonrefundable 50% deposit to secure your next appointment.

If you are running 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, your appointment time will be forfeited. If you are wishing to rebook you will need to pay a nonrefundable 50% deposit to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not paid, your appointment slot will not be confirmed.

 If you do not show to your appointment and do not notify us, you are no longer welcome to book with us again. We have a zero-tolerance policy for “no shows”.  

Does Tantalash offer Refunds?

No. In the case that you are not happy with the service/treatment that you have received, we are more than happy to organise another appointment for you to attend to rectify the issue free of charge.

Do you fill other Lash/ Nail Techs work?

If you currently have a set of nails or lashes on from another salon/tech please contact us prior to making your appointment to discuss your desired outcome and options.

Does Tantalash take work experience students?

Not at this time, unfortunately, however, we do offer lash education, mentoring and training.

Does Tantalash offer Gift Vouchers?

Yes! If you are looking to spoil someone but not sure what service to book them we offer gift vouchers. You can organise this by contacting us via our social media pages or texting 0417976064.

Is Tantalash open late or on weekends?

Our opening hours are:

Monday- 9:30am- 7pm

Tuesday- CLOSED

Wednesday- 4:30- 8pm

Thursday- 9am- 8pm

Friday- 9am- 5pm

Saturday- 8am-1pm

We are closed on all public holidays unless advertised on our Social media pages.
